Unable to move on from a breakup, Gabriela impulsively drops into an old job, where she unexpectedly runs into a friend from her past.
Many events in life can leave us feeling helpless and a break up is no different. We don’t always know why we lean towards something when in search of consoling but, lean we do. Inspired by personal experiences, Director April Maxey authentically depicts the world of sex workers, without a lens of judgement. The directing and flawless camera work give this film a very intimate feel. It could almost pass for a documentary as it takes us into a world that many don’t understand.
