Grieving the loss of his brother, Jonathan pays a visit to his childhood home and discovers his memory isn't quite what it used to be.

For reasons I can’t explain, this film is one of my favorites. Maybe it’s the deadpan humor. Maybe it’s Jon Walkup’s goofy, endearing performance. Maybe it’s the Spanish-speaking parents, who are less concerned with getting to know this strange visitor in their home than they are annoyed by him blocking their TV. I don’t know what it is.
